Just sharing an update, I have called AXA and they said my situation is not covered under my policy - it is not a cancellation or curtailment. What the person on the phone suggested is to call Radisson and get a refund, which is ofc what I'm doing but will only give me back the points and not cover the rate difference between what I would pay at Radisson and what I ended up paying.
Guess my best shot is to escalate things with Radisson...?
