I recently booked AF Flying Blue business class promo award to Madrid in February. Unfortunately my plans might change and I'll need to cancel. AF's website confirmed that flights scheduled on or before 31 March 2022 are refundable "in the form of a voucher". How does this apply to an award ticket? Do the miles get refunded and then the taxes/fees are a voucher? Or is this general language for all tickets and the promo award before 31 March can be completely unwound and taxes and fees refunded? Thanks for any feedback - I waited on hold for about 20 minutes and gave up.
