Okay, I'm convinced. Flying internationally next week as cattle-class I will change into scrubs (somehow) and hope there is no medical emergency since my set was a joke gift so I could play dress-up while watching one of my favorite TV programs called, uh, Scrubs.

They are very comfy sleepwear and pack smaller than sweats.
