Over Christmas will be one of the busiest times of the year, especially with the opening up of international arrivals coming. There is a chance you won't even get the estandby upgraded room. With these kinds of resorts book minimum of what you will be happy with and if get an estandby or free upgrade it is a bonus. Status doesn't help much at these resorts.
