Looks good to me. The new Canopy properties I've stayed at (e.g. Baltimore) have been quite nice, and while there are only a few photos / renderings of this location, it looks like the rooms incorporate the same design elements that I've seen elsewhere. Pricing seems fair: on a random December weekend showing the $200 figure noted above, which doesn't strike me as objectively high - for context it is (for the same nights) about $30/night more than the Palmer House or Hilton Chicago (which always have a glut of rooms in the winter), about $70/night less than the LondonHouse, and of course much much less (~50%) than the WA. I'd be curious to give it a shot.
