I’ve done a 2 hour hand baggage connection in my pre GE days before it is possible. I’ve also waited over an hour to get through immigration. All depends on whether the passport machines are friendly to you helping you whizz through and what other flights land around then.

Flying still isn’t back to normal in terms of numbers so I would say you have a chance, but prepare a plan B just in case!
