Take an Uber from In-N-Out to the terminals? Don't waste your time waiting for Uber to show up. Just walk back to T1 and catch a shuttle to other terminals.

Google doesn't give the best walking instruction (it wants you to cross Sepulveda twice which is a waste of time). And as already confirmed, you should use the sidewalk on west side of Sepulveda (closest to LAX side) instead of Vicksburg. You can cut across the parking lot next to LAXIt and it will save about 3~4 minutes.
