Flying YVR-MEX yesterday (in economy), I had a pleasant surprise -- complimentary wine/beer/rum with our meal.
Is this something new on this route? I've flown YVR-MEX before, but never got that. They always offer meal service, but I've never seen alcoholic drinks offered as well.
This is in contrast to AC's service to Puerto Vallarta, which at least as of last Sept, when I flew YYC-PVR, it might as well have been a domestic flight -- ie, no meals and no alcohol. Just buy on board food and drinks.
I'm just starting to look at booking YVR-MEX-YVR for next March/April 2022 and was wondering if anybody had up to the date info on meals in J. I might book a Lat fare and then try and eupgrade but I think Mrs T would prefer to know she was going to be upfront. Any info for either cabins would be most appreciated. Cheers..
