You can use single point of contact for all Marriott related services such as reservation, Bonvoy account issues, missing stays etc.
I am sure there are exceptions where some members do have dedicated Ambassadors.
Yes, back in May it was clear that there were no (or very few exceptional cases) personal ambassadors.
The question is if the new language is marketing speak or if actual personal ambassador service is returning
