With your Ambassador Elite Status, our goal is to deliver a highly personalized level of service, holistically, in connection with your hotel stays. By becoming a member of Ambassador Service, you have elected to receive this level of personalized service. We will ensure that the level of personalized service you receive during your future stays does not change unless you tell us otherwise. I also wanted to be sure you were aware that Marriott is committed to protecting the privacy and security of all our guests. If you would prefer to opt-out of a more personalized level of service, please let me know.
We are a robust global team of dedicated Ambassador associates who are always available to assist you at any time. You can always reach us by emailing [email protected] or calling toll-free 1-866-924-9885.
It still reads to me that it is an Ambassador Team. Single point of contact may just be marketing term for single phone number or single email address.

You can use single point of contact for all Marriott related services such as reservation, Bonvoy account issues, missing stays etc.
I am sure there are exceptions where some members do have dedicated Ambassadors.
