I hit ambassador this calendar year my email says the same thing. I will say I got a phone call and email from the ambassador service within a day or two of hitting it. Marketing wise they aren't wrong you have a "single point" of contact which is just a group of workers.
They've subtly changed the wording on both the website and the app to reference a "personal point of contact." I'm not sure that's any more accurate. Regardless, I think most of us realize at this point that it's all just marketing, no substance.
