#1 - if you approach an area that says NO RETURN or something like that - STOP and look around to alternate way to go.
BUT - if you are coming from B gates, I am going to assume you just landed. Entry in AMEX lounge is only for OUTGOING passengers. If you are just connecting, then you are fine. If LAS is your final destination, no.
We go the AMEX lounge on EVERY trip. Last time, we actually got dropped off at terminal 3 and took the train over to D. Much quieter and easier. this only works if you do not need to check bags or visit the counter.
