I have a similar situation on Wednesday - connecting off of the VS7 to Alaska (T6) with 2h55m between flights - it was under 2 hours until the recent schedule change which helped me for a change. I am sitting in 10A on the 787 to be first off, giving me every chance. If I miss the conx, I have a 5 hour wait for the next flight or a 'walk of shame' to Avis to drive instead.

I presume that VS are still arriving into TBIT, so missing the serenity of T2 immigration. I presume 2pm is quieter than 5pm, but who knows these days...
