Funky Buddha, my favorite Florida brewer once put out Maple Bacon Coffee Porter. To be fair, the bacon mostly came through as saltiness. I drank more than one but more than two would be cloying due to the maple. I do think it’s another case of bacon + sweet = okay. I had a maple bacon donut from Voodoo up in Oregon back when I would eat donuts and it was another case of more than two is too much.
