I have been in four different rooms on the property (Crockfords, Hilton, Conrad, Conrad) and not a single one had a proper desk. The closest was a decent table and chairs in the Conrad Strip facing room.

In fairness, none of the rooms i was in was a suite, so maybe those have desks.
