At check out they insisted that there is no such thing as a $200 F&B credit. I had double checked the credit with the person who checked me in, but she was no longer around. I had to escalate to the GM to get the credit I was promised. It made for a long check out.
At Marseille InterContinental, there is generally some confusion between Ambassador and Royal Ambassador benefits at reception.
I sometimes receive a EUR20 discount coupon at check-in, sometimes not.
Maybe it was part of the confusion.
