The answer is, "Yes."
From the Admirals Club "access" section on aa.com:
"Non-AAdvantage oneworldŽ EmeraldSM and SapphireSMIncludes customers on all departing flights marketed and operated by American or a oneworldŽ airline (regardless of cabin)."
(The only exception is AS elites, who get access only under limited circumstances.)
