You are getting carried away with this and completely ot too

it's not that we all of a sudden have ppl earning obscene amounts but rather many with limitations on travel are spending disproptionally more nearby and there is an artificial price gouging by hotels in some markets.. just like runs on toilet paper last year

Otoh I just read that Conrad Chicago is closing due to lack of demand..
