Best hiking in Argentina (no Chile)

I'm currently planning a 8-12 day, hiking/trekking focused trip to Argentina. We have several days planned for El Calafate, but I'd like to add at least 1 more destination. Our group consists of experienced hikers (but not mountaineers), and hiking is the primary focus on our trip.

So far, Bariloche and Ushuaia have bubbled to the top of my list, but I've read mixed reports on both -- Bariloche too touristy/busy, Ushuaia not worth the effort if you aren't going on a cruise.

Any suggestions or resources *greatly* appreciated. My research is currently at a standstill because so many blogs/resources are pre-Covid and thus suggest crossing the border to Torres del Paine or elsewhere in Chile, which isn't possible right now.
