Yes & it’s very disappointing that FRAPORT & LH have not done more / enough to resolve this, there are so fewer flights & given some effort could have almost if not all flights connected to a jet bridge, I was bussed some Months back at the hight of the pandemic with more than half gate positions unoccupied

For my most recent flight, we were pleased to receive a spot with a jet bridge, only to be deposited at the absolute most-distant gate possible on Concourse Z and then presented with four non-operational (and thus non-moving) walkways, one right after the other. And no luggage carts.
Feedback to FRAPORT & LH was answered with "we have no idea what happened, but they must have all been broken, otherwise they would have worked", but no follow-up from them confirming their hasty supposition.
We pay fees expressly for FRAPORT support, with LH not displaying much concern as to whether it's actually provided or not.
