I was gifted a AA VIRTUAL GC Dec 2019 . It is a piece of paper / the receipt for the card - it has the AA VIRTUAL GC#, the amount, the gifter, the message, the recipient, etc.. there is no PIN # associated with it . Also there is no mention of getting a PIN. I have gotten tickets OK on AA site many times with no real problems. For this trip I ordered my ticket/seat OK with my accumulated miles . For my wife I am now in a position to use this AA VIRTUAL GC . I got all the way through the selection process and it urged me to select her seats – that's good. When I go to pay there is no real place to use the appropriate VGC #. I called AA and that associate had no clue for what I should do – I asked for Mgr. And went on hold …never got to talk. my session expired. I went back in and repeated the selection process and put it on hold till tonight. I went in OTHER MEANS OF PAYMENT and it just provides places to enter info on physical Gcs – and demands a PIN # so I get nowhere. Perhaps I have to complete this order over the phone with a AA person.

Any experienced users here can direct me ?? Or suggestions ?? Thanks in advance.
