I credit to Skypass. I can never obtain status in Skypass as it involves flying Korean Air metal.
But I occasionally fly Air France, KLM and Kenya Airways and prefer crediting SkyTeam flights to SkyPass as Flying Blue has the 20 month expiry and I do go 20 months or more without flying any airline that can credit to SkyTeam.
I don't fly EK enough these days to get anywhere with Skywards so I also credit EK to SkyPass.
The great thing with SkyPass is the miles don't expire for circa 10 years so as long as one keeps an eye on mile expiry, after a while an irregular SkyTeam and Emirates flyer can build up enough miles for a decent redemption.
You do need quite a lot of miles to redeem on SkyPass on SkyTeam partners if you want to fly F as you can only redeem on return flights. But if you redeem on Korean Air you can book one way redemptions.
