The CDC requires at home testing kits to be video supervised (
https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019...travelers.html). The Order states:
- The testing procedure must include a telehealth service affiliated with the manufacturer of the test that provides real-time supervision remotely through an audio and video connection. Some FDA-authorized self-tests that include a telehealth service may require a prescription.
However, I can confirm that the UK Qured Day 2 test without video worked just fine for Verifly, and was able to check in with AA just last week for a US bound flight from LHR. If I had to do it again I would add the 10 GBP zoom option just to be safe, but I'm not sure the Qured certificate notates whether it's video certified or not. I was a little surprised to see the Qured certificate signed by a doctor, stating the person does not have Covid, when all that is required is a photo of a Photo ID along with the test cartridge.
