I believe offering 30+60k SK miles has never been seen before. With current exchange-rate MR:EB is 16:1, 60k miles correspond to 960k MR.

If the person you invite is member of your point sharing group, one recruitment adds miles corresponding to 1 440 000 MR.

If there was a swedish Finnair branded Amex, (as current exchange rate for swedish MR:AY is 11:1) a similar offer would yield ≈43k AY + 87k AY, or a total of 131k AY points. I have no insight into what is offered in FIN, but if you regularaly have similar offers then indeed there is no need to look at SWE market with any envy.
