The PSAS website has been updated, and in fact the only option appeared to be the purchase of the single PCR test on arrival (so not sure what people coming from countries not on the much-expanded list of eligible countries have to do if they want to book the Sandbox 2 x PCR tests)
It doesn't say so on the site, but the B2,400 payable also includes (I am told) the cost of the antigen test which will be handed out as one has the PCR test done.
Everything now uploaded and awaiting my COE.
I do hope next time, I can just book a flight and go!

I did the same as you, buying the hotel+transport and PCR separately and my TP application was rejected. They specially mentioned that the reason was because PCR was not included in the hotel booking page,
You mentioned that you upload everything in the COE. Unfortunately the new TP application does not have the option to upload the prepaid PCR test request,
