Nice report, NJ. Is the hotel handicap accessible?

Sounds like they didn’t have your Diamond status noted on your check-in. If I’m not welcomed as a Diamond, I always casually ask if it’s noted on my record. Usually it is and they forgot to mention it. Other times, they correct it, and give an upgrade along with it.
