There was an update to the Singapore VTL FAQs (https://safetravel.ica.gov.sg/vtl/faq). Looks like they are accepting all Smart Health Cards issued by a Canadian province (separate from the CommonTrust/VCI categories). I don’t think the QR codes will scan on the VTL portal and you may need to write to the ICA via the enquiry form to get manual approval. Let us know if you’re successful.
