Respectfully disagree. Emphatically as well. I find that the opposite is true, so much so that I recommend it. Frequently approaching 100% utilization on a Chase biz card can result in an automatic CLI.
That has been my experience too. Hasn't even taken 100% util in my case, but merely high util ~70%
