Since there does not seem to be any other DPs out there indicating that Amex BB has changed their published limits on cash deposits, there are 3 possible explanations...
1. Amex has lowered the cash limits but no one other than yourself has tested the new boundaries, failed and then bothered to report it.
2. There is a glitch in the system and it takes time for Amex to sort it out
3. There has been a change made by Amex to your account(s)
I think the easiest thing to do to answer numbers one and two is simply call them and ask if you can deposit more than $2k into your account in a month. If the answer is affirmative, then ask if there is a glitch in the system preventing you from doing so.
Let us know if things clear up or if there is indeed a new deposit limit.
tested my visa BB acct earlier today which went over $2k for this mo fine so far; tried P2's amex BB again for $200 but still a no go with the 'exceeded loading limit' issue... will test with a $20 cash load to see if can go thru 🤔
