I know someone, who applied monday for a Thai Pass for him and his wife, did not get any QR code until yesterday and plans to depart today.
After calling the support desk, he got the QR code ASAP and can fly today
Nice to know. Does one need to speak the Thai language when calling?
Might seem like a dumb question but I’ve tried to call Thai help desks in other business realms (banking, internet, etc) and knowing how to speak Thai was pretty much a necessity. Thanks.
