Not true as on countless occasions I've been on the line with a WS call center agent who has emailed me new or updated eticket receipts that arrived in my inbox in seconds. In fact, this happened on 2 different files yesterday after 4.5-hours on hold.
Sadly, the fastest (and I use that term with some irony) way to correct the error is to call back, wait on hold for 2-4 hours and speak with an agent.
