They also seem to suggest that I will be able to book and pay for my PCR test myself and that will be at the Phuket Airport. Same here. They said you can either go to current system and book it yourself or wait till Nov 8th and use the new system so you don't have to bother with refunds. Applied for Thai Pass if it comes through then I guess the hotels were correct.
