If the X appears next to a letter for the fare class for example F9 A2 J9 D0 W2 TX Y0 B0 H0......etc, it means that the flight is closed for that fare class (in other words, it will not accept a request to waitlist in that fare class. In the above example, you will not be able to waitlist for "T" class.
