Thanks, that might explain it. My recollection was that there were two rounds of 6 month extensions, which then would suggest
2022-jan exp: earned by 2019 activity (original exp. 2021-jan, extended to 2021-jul, then extended further to 2022-jan) *
2022-jul exp: earned by 2020 activity (original exp 2022-jan, extended to 2022-jul) *
2023-jan exp: earned by 2021 activity

* I can't recall when exactly the second-round extension happened, so maybe some late-2020 activity would get pluspoints that wind up expiring 2022-jan still (i.e. they got skipped by the extension).
