Parking Spot pricing is out of control and really went crazy once PreFlight closed. To be honest, at the prices they are charging it is the same or cheaper to get a limo service from the suburbs for drop off and pick up for more than a few days. If you are away for a week the car service will pay for itself. The same if you live in the city and are traveling with a lot of luggage or with family in tow.
We never used PS but I thought to check after I saw the news yesterday about the economy lot (my impression was it would be open soon). Uber from my area is typically only $30 anyways; so we've occasionally did that when it made sense and didn't need a car. $175 for a four night trip, who is paying that?!
