Short of an actual takeover of Addis by the TPLF affiliated forces, I do not see Ethiopian cancelling flights. I am transiting through there multiple times in the next few months and even have a 2-day trip there in January, and for now I am assuming business as usual. My friends in Ethiopia and in Ethiopian Airlines management are also optimistic for now, although they do have contingency plans in case of fuel shortages or other developments.
Well you do see Ethiopian cancelling flights - a lot of domestics (nearly all) are cancelled. International doesn't, for now, appear to be badly affected for now. If there are no active threats to airspace then I'm sure they will continue like they do in other conflict zones.
