Absolutely positively "violently" agree.
I don’t consider AmEx’s pitiful retention offer for my Aspire card to being treated like a 2nd class customer, to me it’s just “(AmEx) business as usual”. Now if AmEx doesn’t offer something sweet for my Business Platinum (as they have for many other people) in a few months, then I’ll be joining you in the 2nd class lounge 😉.
