Currently, there are two wonderful art exhibits. "Turner, Whistler and Monet" at the Grand Palais and "Veronese" at the Luxemborg Museum. The Consierge has tickets for both (at cost-no commission mark up). If you visit the Grand Palais exhibit you can walk to the d'Orsay so, if you enjoy Impressionist art you'll have a field day! My husband and I spent 12 nights at the Paris Hilton last month and had a great stay. As a HHGold we had access to the Exec Lounge after 11:00 until close at 10:00 pm. Don't miss the free champagne

If you don't feel like searching for a restaraunt your first night, we had several very decent meals right accross the steet at the Brasserie Ribe; my husband, an amateur gourmet cook, thought the scallops were the best he'd ever had. The daily wine special is also very drinkable. The most expensive activity will be food! Also, if you don't receive free breakfast at the hotel, the Cafe Boujalais (sp) on Ave Suffren has a very good British or American breakfast for E11 and E12, respectively. We had a great time at this Hilton, so much so that we're already booked for another 12 nights in June! Have fun!!
