I should have checked this thread before paying for the KVS premium service. I have neither the temporary registration key or a permanent one and no one is responding to the emails.
I may have to ask PayPal for a refund as I need the service now to book flights for the upcoming trip.
I also signed up for the Expert Flyer and everything works instantly once the payment is complete.
