While I can't answer your question, I'm assuming that as long as the nations are closed to inbound travel, the answer will be no. Mrs. and I also want to do the hopper trip, and possibly do a layover in PNI or KSA. While the islands were closed to any inbound travel, there is little information on the web about how the vaccination process is moving along or what their plans are for reopening, and what little there is is often inaccurate or inconsistant. I guess a small country gets very little media attention.
