I had spring sfybl (PONY) zoom meeting so my spouse ordered DoorDash from Indian clay oven for supper. Yum! I wouldn’t have considered it.

kashmiri naan (cherry / raisin / almond)
Hydrabadi lamb (with fruit & potato straws)
chana masala
lentils (dal)
butter chicken
rice

good and all was mild. Supposedly the lamb was medium and it didn’t feel spicy. I love too much spice.
