Thanks - have you tried submitting a request for TP with just the confirmation? The rates I've seen on agoda for the quarantine package are actually quite unclear - on the first page they list test, transport, etc included but when you go to the next page those are not listed. I'm very interested in what you find out.
I'm just about at my wits end (already cancelled one date of travel b/c TP wasn't processed) so may decide to just go elsewhere (France) and give up on Thailand for now
I actually don't fly out until mid-Dec, so I've got plenty of time (and hopefully the bugs are out of TP). I haven't read into TP much yet, but is it ever too soon to submit your request? I've changed my plans 3 or 4 times already...but I'm more limited with the girl having limited options...Europe is out as she won't be able to get a visa. Had costa rica booked, but once I started putting it together, the cost added up a lot and was frustrating as a lot of places required 3-7 day cancellation policies (or more) and just wouldn't work for me.
