United metal flights to NRT (ex-EWR, LAX, SFO, and IAH) before and after Christmas have been wide open in all cabins, with all fare classes for sale. However today only business class is for sale. Does that suggest schedule changes/cancellations are imminent? Can't think of any other reason.
