Another "pro-tip" - I always uncheck the "upgrade to premium class" box when booking and just do it manually (or, at before making 75K and booking straight in I did). I find when you leave it up to the AS IT gods, crazy things happen (aisle seat to window or middle seat, etc.). I always leave the first-class upgrade request box checked as I will taken anything there.
