If only it went that smooth. From talking to an agent at the 1K desk, I was redirected to a supervisor and then to web support, and all of them said I could not make use of a one time change because I accepted the change on the day the itinerary changed, though this was not the case at all. Only when web support talked to a supervisor, it was possible to change the routing. (And then the story of the lost upgrade began...)
