Thank you all for your input.

I called Bonvoy Titanium, and all they said was they'd send an internal message to the property to see if they agree to comp me in some way, and that URG comps are done by the properties themselves.

If that's really how things are done, I don't see why that property or any property would comp a guest who didn't even stay there.
