I often try to request an upgrade on Star Alliance airlines by using my Miles&Bonus miles from Aegean Airlines but for a reason I dont undestrand, i got this message
"516 Upgrade not possible - married segments"
Does anyone undestand it? why ? How to avoid it ?
I called Aegean and they was not helpful.
