The photo doesn’t show, but there is no such thing as “non-flagship” service on long-haul international destinations like DFW-LHR. (Perhaps with limited exceptions on a couple MIA-LatAm routes.) I wonder if what you’re seeing as “non-Flagship” is actually a BA-operated flight?

“Flagship” is just a branding name that some silly marketers came up with. There’s really no inherent right to any particular product or service elements, except maybe the flat bed seat.
