Reviving this old thread with a question -- it seems that platinum cardholders can request additional gold cards at no fee (i.e. for a spouse) and there's some language about additional green cards also. Does this additional gold card earn the 4x at supermarkets and restaurants, but not the 5x on airlines? Does the additional green card earn the 3x on travel and transportation?
