That's one of the design flaws of the lounge. Instead of having a few (semi-)isolated work spaces they have one large conference room. How many people really do equire a full conferencing facility? Admittedly when I used it for video conferencing it was nice to have the space and the power plugs etc. but then everybody who came later and didn't get the conference room had to basically make phone calls from the shared area. Which can be done quietly, but still, not optimal.
By the way, that's also one of the design flaws of the Premiere lounge. No good working space/area to make confidential phone calls (and one of the reasons why I rather avoid spending several hours there as many would).
Exactly. The fact that there is no proper working space whatsoever in the P lounge is something that I find pretty much annoying. More than once I left the P lounge and went to the terminal for a phone call or telco. Neither did I want to bother the rest of the pax in the P lounge, nor did I want to involuntarily share the subject of the call with any strangers around.

Focusing only on the lounge experience (keeping aside all F&B, staff, other P benefits), QR is setting the standard of how to provide some proper working space in a F Lounge.
